The MMC customer services managers ensures that clients requirements and expectations are met. They develop and follow customer service policies for the contract, managing in-house services together with face-to-face Client enquiries.
Customer services managers are involved with various roles including customer care manager, corporate services manager, relationship manager and customer operations manager.
Customer services managers’ primary objective is to fulfill and exceed their Clients’ requirements.
Tasks Include:
Provide excellent customer service.
Help and advise customers at all times.
Always act courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
Provide innovative solutions to solve clients risks and issues.
Manage and deal with client complaints or issues.
Keep accurate records of correspondence and dealings with clients.
Produce clear and accurate documentation for clients using the appropriate software.
Produce reports and metrics analysing the customer service.
Attend one-to-one Client meetings to discuss improvements and obtain key feedback.
Implement feedback and complaints procedures for clients to utlise.
Implement customer service policies and standards for each client or organistation
Collate reporting from associated parties and managers for client presentation.
If required, be involved with staff recruitment and appraisals.
Offer and manage staff training to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Be fully informed of each organisations’ products, services and keep up to date with any changes in client requirements.
